Chirashi is a beautifully arranged box of sushi—layers of color and flavor you can enjoy with your eyes as well as your palate. It’s another way to experience Hisago’s craftsmanship beyond nigiri. For our rolls, we use premium Ariake nori, prized for its aroma, to highlight the clean umami of tuna.
